Goat’s halloumi has a very nice taste and can easily be fried at home. Cut the halloumi in slices of 0.5-1 cm and fry in a non-sticky pan till golden brown on the one side. Then turn around and fry the other side. It is delicious with sweet chili sauce and/or lemon juice or anything else you’re curious to try. |

When the whey gets heated, the remaining protein in the whey form a fine curd which makes the ricotta. It is traditionally used in Italy in deserts, e.g. with sugar and cinnamon, or in pasta’s. |
